kid friendly condos

I will be staying in SPI for one week in the third week of august. We will be 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 7, 4,3)

Do you know of any really good condos to stay at that are close to the main attractions? on the beach?

Plus, I read somewhere that there is a free shuttle bus on the island..is this true?

Yes there is a shuttle. Most of the condos on SPI are kid friendly. We stay at Gulf View One. Depends on how much you want to spend. Its not as expensive as some of the other condos. Its not beach front although its within walking distance of the beach and if you get on a higher floor you can good view. Gulfview One offers 2 bedroom and 2bath I think they have 2. They also have one bedroom. We have also stayed at Sunchase which was on the beach it was a lot more expensive and a big hassle to get around in with kids. Just too big for us too hard to do laundry. Your kids might enjoy Sea Life Center its just across the causeway. Has a touching cage and a great dolphin film. We find lots to do on SPI.

The Radisson used to have a kids%26#39; activity director for the summer. You could call and check. Also, their condos are undergoing a facelift (there are already some very nice ones in there but were some pretty bad). They have one heated and one regular pool, three hot tubs, shuffleboard, tennis and very easy access to the beach. Shuttle stops there. It%26#39;s three blocks from the waterpark.
