We will be arriving at the Dallas/Fort Worth airport around 10pm on a Wednesday evening and need transportation to Fort Worth. I know it is a long drive so we were thinking that renting a car would be a better idea that taking a taxi. We will be staying with friends and could use their cars when we get to their house, but really don%26#39;t want to make them drive all the way to and from the airport for us. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Should we rent a car and who should we rent from? Does anyone know what a taxi fare would be? Thank you.

We did use Super Shuttle before but having to wait as they dropped off each person before us was quite time consuming and annoying,

A taxi is probably going to be pretty expensive. I would recommend either renting a car (you would probably spend far less by renting your car through priceline--I%26#39;ve used priceline many times for cars and have been very pleased) or using a shuttle service. Call 1-800-BLUE-VAN or visit www.supershuttle.com for information. I imagine a cab fair will be outrageously expensive, but I could be wrong. Good luck!
