I know there%26#39;s garages around, but is parking free or for a fee? If fee, how much (per hour), and does it depend on the time of day, as in, is there free times as well as times for a fee?
rivercenter parking?no downtown parking in a garage or lot is free, and it does depend on the time of day and day of the week as to the cost. plan on paying a flat rate of $5 to $12 (depending on when you park). There are some parking meters scattered around downtown where you can save some money, but unless you know the area well, it%26#39;s just easier to park at a lot or garage. (also, the meters vary quite a bit in how much time you get per dollar. some meters are 20 cents per hour....some are $1 per hour.) speaking of meters, they offer the only free parking available from 6pm to 8am every day (all day sunday is free!)...so, if you are coming for an evening event and find a meter, then you can park for free.......................good luck and safe parking!
